How do I purchase a workflow?
Purchasing

Browse our marketplace, click on a workflow you're interested in, and click the 'Purchase' button. You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout.

What file formats do you support?
Technical

We support n8n JSON files, Make Blueprint JSON files, and provide configuration instructions for Zapier workflows.

How do I become a seller?
Selling

Click 'Become a Seller' in the navigation menu, complete the registration process, and start uploading your workflows.

What is your refund policy?
Billing

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited to technical errors, fraud, or non-functional workflows. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

How do I download my purchased workflows?
Technical

Go to your orders page and click on the download button for any purchased workflow. You'll have lifetime access to your purchases.

What commission do you charge sellers?
Selling

We charge a 15% commission on all sales for basic users, and 15% for FlowMart Pro subscribers, which covers platform costs and payment processing.
